
If you get an error message similar to "certificate not on phone", this is most likely due to your phone not supporting the Thawte root certificate. Please go here for information onto how to find out if you have this certificate on your phone. If you get an error message like "Application access not allowed" while you are trying to recieve or send files, then you might need to change your "Application access" settings of Tranz for you to recieve and send files.
To change the Application access of your Tranz, follow the below instructions
1.First exit Tranz.
2.Select Options on the bottom left side,
3.Select Application access,
4.Select Data access,
5.Select Read user data and choose Always allowed. If you cant choose Always allowed then choose Ask every time.
6.Go Back, Select Add and edit data and repeat the instructions mentioned in the above step.

Tranz is signed using the Thawte code signing certificate. An unsigned version of Tranz is provided because some mobile phones do not support the Thawte certificate.
If the installation of TRANZ fails this could either be due to that your phone does not have the Thawte Premium Server root certificate, or it could be that it is incorrectly configured. Please follow the steps below to check that your phone has the Thawte root certificate correctly installed:
Sony Ericsson phones:
Depending on the model of the phone there are 2 different ways of checking for the Thawte root certificate:
1. Go to Settings->General->Security->Certificates->Java Certificates
2. Go to Settings->Connectivity->Internet Settings->Security->Java Certificate
Please make sure that Thawte Premium Server CA is in the list of certificates for Java.
If this certificate is not there it means that your operator has chosen to remove this certificate from your phone.
